Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer

I’m currently working with a client in Cork who is looking to add a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer to a major infrastructure and network transformation programme on an initial 6-month daily rate contract.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Hyper-V migration projects across enterprise environments
  • Support OT network redesigns and infrastructure transformation initiatives
  • Manage and expand Rubrik backup and recovery environments
  • Deliver DHCP migrations and support core network upgrades
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues across IT/OT environments
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders on infrastructure modernisation programmes

Experience:

• Strong experience with Hyper-V migrations and day-to-day operations
  • Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, and firewalls
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure and network transformation projects
  • Experience working with Rubrik backup/recovery solutions
  • Exposure to OT environments and operational troubleshooting
